Staffing Alternatives in Langhorne, PA is seeking an Inventory Control & Order Verification Specialist to support outbound operations in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse. You will ensure inventory accuracy, prepare inventory for outbound orders, and verify shipments prior to dispatch to meet client requirements and SLAs.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), and strong collaboration with warehouse, customer service, and operations teams

Responsibilities

• Create, allocate, and stage inventory for outbound customer orders
• Verify picked orders for accuracy, including SKU, quantity, lot/serial numbers, and packaging requirements
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Ensure all outbound shipments meet client-specific requirements and SLAs
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Communicate with warehouse, customer service, and operations teams to resolve issues quickly
• Assist with labeling, packaging, and documentation for outbound shipments
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control & Order Verification Specialist to support outbound operations in a fast-paced 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) warehouse environment. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, preparing inventory for outbound orders, and verifying shipments prior to dispatch to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Location: Langhorne, PA

Salary: $21-$25 depending on experience
