Job summary

Encore in Coronado, CA seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to manage warehousing duties and continually improve inventory control and accuracy. Reports to the Director of Operations at the Equipment Processing Center.

You will reconcile receipts with POs, manage RDF processes, and lead cycle counts while maintaining inventory integrity and cost accuracy. Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum one year experience with data entry, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• 5+ years of warehouse/inventory experience.
• Financial skills to drive value to the organization.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and solve problems creatively.

• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile receipts with open POs to ensure receipts and the open PO report are timely and accurate.
• Own the RDF process and ensure all tasks are completed timely.
• Organize and maintain accurate inventory across all warehouses; reconcile discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.
• Identify stagnant inventory and determine corrective actions.
• Establish systems, procedures and controls for inventory costing accuracy.
• Prepare, execute and reconcile the annual physical inventory.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control and Procurement teams.
• Provide outstanding internal customer service and build strong relationships.
• Develop and distribute regular inventory management reports.
