Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung, is seeking a part-time Back of House Specialist at the Samsung Experience Store in Cerritos. You will manage inventory, merchandising, and floor resets while supporting a high-energy retail team. Your data skills will help drive KPIs and improve operational efficiency.

You will maintain presentation standards, track variances, and train teammates to uphold best practices in stockroom organization and customer service support.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of inventory control experience, preferably in a retail or similar environment.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel; able to generate reports and act on insights.
• Experience in stockroom organization, safety standards, and loss prevention.
• Clear communication with store leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to train others and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-of-house operations including inventory management and merchandising.
• Drive KPIs for sales, service, and operational excellence across the store.
• Proactively assist customers with basic device troubleshooting when needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory, perform floor resets, and ensure clean audits.
• Communicate inventory and activity updates to Retail Operations leadership.
