Job summary

WHSmith North America is seeking an Operations Delivery Lead, Inventory Control to drive inventory accuracy across airport retail locations. Reporting to the Multi-Unit Manager, you will coach store teams on stockroom routines, replenishment, and data integrity while leading initiatives to reduce shrink and improve process adoption.

This full-time role requires travel between locations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced travel retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in fast-paced retail or stockroom environments preferred.
• Ability to coach teams on inventory procedures and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Multi-Unit Manager and support inventory control priorities across locations.
• Coach store teams on shipment processing, stock receiving, replenishment, and data integrity.
• Identify gaps and performance concerns and elevate observations to leadership.
• Collaborate with store leaders and centralized teams to resolve discrepancies and improve accuracy.
• Support project tasks and rollouts, and drive adoption of new tools and reporting.
