Job summary

Jabil is seeking a team member to track all MRB materials and coordinate disposition with Workcell, Project Management, and Materials. The role ensures MRB processes are followed and inventory is accurate in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will handle MRB forms and traveler information, verify transactions, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while complying with company security policies. The shift is Thu-Sat and every other Wed, 5:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Track location of MRB materials and coordinate disposition with Workcell, PM, and Materials.
• Coordinate MRB signature process with Workcell, PM, and Materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy of MRB cage.
• Analyze MRB traveler information.
• Process and maintain MRB forms.
• Ensure all transactions are accurate and verified as needed.
• Keep assigned area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety, health, and company security procedures.

JOB SUMMARY

Track systematically all Material Review Board (MRB) materials and coordinate disposition with Workcell, Project Management, and Materials.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Systematically track location of materials.
• Coordinate MRB signature process with Workcell, Project Management, and Materials.
• Maintains inventory accuracy of MRB cage.
• Analyze MRB traveler information.
• Processes and maintains MRB forms.
• Ensure accuracy by performing all transactions correctly and verifying whenever necessary.
• Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
