Job summary

Jabil is seeking a role to track MRB materials and coordinate their disposition with Workcell, Project Management, and Materials. This position requires maintaining MRB cage inventory accuracy, analyzing traveler data, processing MRB forms, and ensuring transactional accuracy and safety adherence.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be prepared for a Sunday–Tuesday shift with alternating Wednesday nights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent combination of education and experience) is required.
• Shift: Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Track location of materials.
• Coordinate MRB signature process with Workcell, Project Management, and Materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy of MRB cage.
• Analyze MRB traveler information.
• Process and maintain MRB forms.
• Ensure accuracy by performing all transactions correctly and verifying as needed.
• Keep assigned area clean and organized.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations.
• Comply with company security procedures.

JOB SUMMARY

Track systematically all Material Review Board (MRB) materials and coordinate disposition with Workcell, Project Management, and Materials.

• Maintains inventory accuracy of MRB cage.
• Analyze MRB traveler information.

• Ensure accuracy by performing all transactions correctly and verifying whenever necessary.
• Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
