You will build key partnerships, oversee strategic direction for inventory planning, and mitigate risks to protect client assets.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills with extensive experience in warehouse systems such as SAP, WMS, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4 years Inventory Control experience, Required
• 3+ years logistics industry experience, Required
• 3+ years management experience (unit pick environment, large company preferred, Required
• 1+ years client relationship, staff mgmt & objective setting experience, Required
• Staff management & Objective Setting, Required
• Metric development and reporting across cross functional leadership, Required
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, etc., Required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to the audience, Required

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership, direction and strategy for Inventory Control team to meet client deliverables.
• Develop customer relationships and partnerships to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
• Set strategic direction for supply chain initiatives around Inventory Control and Inventory Planning.
• Develop proactive strategies to anticipate and mitigate inventory issues and risks.
• Ensure adherence to Inventory Control KPI outlined in the commercial agreement.
