The position requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of inventory systems, forklift certification, and the ability to lift and move materials.

Responsibilities

• Receiving / Quality Control: Inspect incoming materials and document defects; verify items against POs; coordinate with suppliers for quality concerns.
• Inventory Management: Verify order accuracy, package items, monitor stock levels, maintain clean inventory space, generate reports and SOPs.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee outbound logistics, coordinate with cross-functional teams for shipments, facilitate packaging and shipment validation.
• Procurement: Assist in day-to-day purchasing for facility teams and onboard new suppliers.
