Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., seeks a warehouse associate in Myerstown, PA. The role focuses on cycle counting and inventory control, with lifting requirements up to 80 pounds and occasional high-reach work. OT may be needed to meet business demands and ensure efficient operations.

You will collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve processes, maintain accurate records, and support a safe, fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow directions and safe operating procedures.
• Able to be trained and use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high reach lifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counting to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
• Lift and move tires and parts; use team lifts or mechanical equipment as needed.
• Monitor and adjust inventory records; resolve errors with warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to improve efficiency.
• Review and organize warehouse bin locations.
• Daily cycle counting and Put Away Audit.
• Follow up on customer shortages or other errors.
