Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., has a warehouse associate opening in Colorado. The role emphasizes cycle counting, inventory control, and accurate handling of tires and auto parts. Schedules run Monday–Friday 11:00am–7:30pm with rotating Saturdays and potential overtime.

You will lift heavy items (up to 80 lbs), work with forklifts and safety gear, and support the warehouse team to improve efficiency while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse/logistics experience.
• Able to lift 50 pounds consistently; up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Organize, implement, adjust, and monitor cycle counts.
• Develop, monitor and maintain records of adjustments to inventory.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for tires.
• Exert pushing force up to 40 pounds with barrels/industrial tires.
• Pick and organize tire orders; receive returns and bin accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Be comfortable working at heights of 25 feet.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to improve efficiency.
• Review and organize warehouse bin locations; daily cycle counting.
