Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet operational demands and avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Oversee full inventory lifecycle—ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing products and supplies across departments or facilities.
• Conduct routine inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock handling and minimize errors.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure timely replenishment of materials and efficient product flow.
• Distribute materials across multiple buildings or facilities to ensure availability for operations.
• Utilize inventory systems to track status, generate reports, and analyze usage trends.
• Enforce policies related to security, handling, labeling, and storage to reduce shrinkage and loss; support loss prevention initiatives.
• Assist in forecasting needs based on historical data and trends; prepare KPI reports such as stock turnover and order accuracy.
• Participate in process improvements to streamline inventory operations and improve supply chain performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations for inventory handling and documentation.
