Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking an Inventory Manager to optimize stock levels and track deliveries in the Charlotte area. The role focuses on improving inventory control, forecasting, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

The candidate will supervise inventory staff, implement cost-reducing strategies, and report key metrics to leadership while ensuring alignment with sustainability goals and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inventory tracking systems for deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
• Evaluate deliveries and product levels to improve inventory control expectations.
• Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems.
• Communicate with inventory staff to meet goals and address personnel issues.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Propose strategies to reduce costs and improve logistics procedures.
• Monitor demand and analyze data to anticipate future needs.
• Report on inventory levels, progress and efficiency to upper management.
• Lead recruitment and training of inventory personnel.
• Contribute to team effort by completing related tasks as needed.
