Job summary

FleetPride is the nation’s largest distributor of heavy-duty truck parts, seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead a team in Visalia. You will oversee inventory accuracy, training, and cycle counts across the distribution center while partnering with Supply Chain to improve processes and resolve discrepancies.

The role requires a BA/BS in business or related field, 3–5 years in a data-driven environment, bilingual Spanish, and strong Excel/AS400 skills to support inventory operations.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Business or related field required.
• 3–5 years data-intensive experience with data integrity preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory accuracy and reporting processes.
• Train and supervise inventory management staff and coordinate cycle counts.
• Utilize WMS to update inventory on hand and investigate IBT discrepancies.
• Monitor material movements and returns; resolve shortages/overages with shipping locations.
• Coordinate annual physical inventory in distribution centers.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to identify root causes of discrepancies and improve processes.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications.
