Job summary

AAF International is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead daily operations, maintain ERP/MRP accuracy, and ensure cycle counts and audits are performed precisely. You will monitor material levels across the supply chain and drive improvements in efficiency and accuracy.

You will also train and mentor staff, coordinate with planning, purchasing, and QA, and uphold safety and quality standards while pursuing continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of inventory control or logistics experience.
  • Knowledge of cycle counting, physical inventories, and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to train, coach, and motivate warehouse staff.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience leading a team.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong proficiency with Inventory Management Systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily inventory control operations including receiving verification and cycle counting.
  • Maintain accurate ERP/MRP records and ensure timely transactions.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, production supplies, and finished goods.
  • Coordinate cycle count programs and annual physical inventories.
  • Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure material traceability and compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with planning, purchasing, warehouse, and QA to resolve shortages.
  • Support continuous improvement in inventory optimization and waste reduction.
  • Develop and maintain inventory control procedures and documentation.
