Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control or warehousing.
• Strong understanding of inventory control procedures.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient with Office Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and time management skills.
• Ability to inspire followership and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Labor planning and scheduling of inventory control staff and resources.
• Coach and develop associates, driving accountability and performance.
• Apply root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and prevent inventory losses.
• Manage reclamation of vendor packaging issues and on-site repackaging.
• Oversee non-saleable inventory and ensure timely resolution with stakeholders.
• Review and approve customer credit requests and drive process improvements.
• Support SOX controls and quarterly cycle counts; maintain a safety-focused culture.
