Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations required.
• Able to operate equipment such as forklift and computer systems.
• Strong organizational, inventory, and accounting-like skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight accurately.
• Maintain inventory control, rotation, and inspection.
• Assist Supervisor and Manager to run warehouse operations smoothly.
• Safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Read, decode, and decipher freight coding.
• Reconcile driver pick up and delivery manifests.
• Label, weigh, and dimensionalize freight.
• Perform dock cleanup for safety and cleanliness.
• Record damaged shipments and misrouted freight.
• Communicate workload needs and coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor.
• Determine daily tasks and coordinate staffing accordingly.
• Maintain quality standards for warehouse storage and service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
