Job summary

Dexian, a leading talent and technology solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to lead daily inventory control and receiving operations within our warehouse. You will supervise up to 5 associates and drive accuracy, safety, and efficiency across the team.

Responsibilities include overseeing receiving, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring proper storage and labeling while collaborating with operations and purchasing to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, inventory control, or logistics.
• Proven supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Experience with receiving, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counting.
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of up to 5 warehouse associates.
• Oversee receiving operations, including shipment verification, inspection, and system transactions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
• Ensure proper product storage, labeling, and inventory movement.
• Monitor team productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Enforce warehouse safety procedures and operational standards.
• Partner with operations and purchasing teams to support business needs.
