Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor in California. The role oversees daily activities of the non-exempt Inventory Control Team to maintain accurate inventory records aligned with client SLAs.

You will help assess inaccuracies, drive corrective actions, and support continuous process improvement while ensuring safety and compliance across the site. Strong systems knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred or equivalent of 4 years experience
• Some knowledge of inventory control is preferred
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan, WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, etc. is required

Responsibilities

• Guide and coordinate non-exempt Inventory Control Team daily activities
• Assist site Inventory Control and Operations Leadership in addressing inventory inaccuracies
• Ensure inventory control accuracy and meet SLA/shrink requirements
• Provide documentation to customers or auditors as needed
• Maintain safe, clean, and fair work environment for associates
• Conduct performance reviews and development plans
• Ensure policies are communicated and enforced
• Ensure associates have training and tools to perform their duties
