Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years inventory control, warehouse, logistics or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook; able to perform calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inventory control activities and prioritize workload across fulfillment.
• Analyze inventory metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvements.
• Oversee cycle count programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Train inventory personnel and provide guidance to teams and other departments.
