• Deliver staffing/scheduling needs based on forecasts to support inventory activities.
• Manage labor expense and improve team productivity.
• Hire & retain top talent across roles while building a bench for future roles.
• Share business updates & initiatives with the team to streamline communication and change management.
• Create a fun and inclusive work environment to support an ALL IN TO WIN culture.
• Be a champion for continuous improvement.
• Support customer experience across the market by driving inventory accuracy standards.
