You’ll lead cycle counts, optimize procedures, and uphold Duluth’s culture of teamwork and accountability. We value hands-on leadership, strong Excel/WMS skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 1+ years of experience; 1+ year mentoring/lead capacity.
• WMS experience; advanced Excel preferred; detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable in fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily department workload and reallocate labor to meet demand.
• Understand inventory flow physically and systematically within all DC areas.
• Lead ad-hoc inventory projects and assist with coaching staff.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct annual reviews; ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor cycle counts and inventory accuracy to exceed established controls.
• Foster cross-department communication and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
