Sabre Industries, Inc. seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead the daily activities of the Inventory Control team in Fort Worth, TX. You will verify schedules, track shortages, and coordinate material issues with production to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of inventory experience, supervisory skills, and the ability to pass forklift certification. Strong English communication and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Three to five years of inventory experience preferred in manufacturing or production.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience required.
• Ability to pass Sabre forklift certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and organizes Inventory Control team’s daily work to meet business needs.
• Verifies schedules with Inventory Manager and informs staff of changes.
• Identifies shortages and sequences work to maximize throughput.
• Leads team to safely accomplish tasks and coordinates material issues with production.
• Conducts weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventories for accuracy.
• Processes customer orders, pulls materials, and oversees packing and shipping.
