Lasko Products, a market leader in home comfort solutions, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for its Ft. Worth, TX facility. You will monitor stock levels, coordinate with purchasing, and drive accuracy in records and replenishment to keep production flowing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in inventory management and control, preferably in manufacturing.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Excel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, raw materials, and finished goods to ensure accurate records and timely replenishment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements related to inventory control and develop and implement solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with corporate purchasing, finance, and site purchasing managers.
• Work within the MRP system to ensure transactional processes are being followed.
• Lead and perform regular inventory reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement correct actions.
• Audit plant material transactions, including imported raw materials and finished goods.
• Determine and implement processes around material movement within the organization.
• Utilize historical data and demand forecasting to optimize inventory levels and reorder points.
• Prepare and present regular reports on inventory performance, key metrics, and action plans to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in handling and storing inventory.
• Manage a team of 5 cycle counters.
