Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is Hiring. The Inventory Control Lead role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts, and ensuring proper system transactions within SAP and WMS environments.

The position supports audits, process improvements, and training for associates in a first-shift, Mon-Fri setting. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years warehousing experience, knowledge of inventory systems (Topex, SAP), and strong attention to detail to resolve discrepancies and support customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years warehousing experience; preferably with barcode system.
• Working experience with cycle count and inventory control.
• Knowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or Topex.
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily inventory control activities.
• Perform and monitor cycle counts and Audit Counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies (overages, shortages, damages).
• Ensure accurate system transactions (receipts, adjustments, transfers).
• Communicate inventory issues with operations, quality.
• Support root cause analysis.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in WMS.
• Support physical inventories and annual counts.
• Assist with training associates on inventory-related processes.
• Support customer audits and internal audits.
• Perform additional inventory-related tasks as assigned.
• Unlocker responsibility and Audit pallets.
