ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor for a Monday–Friday 4:00am–1:00pm shift in Cleveland, OH. Qualifications

• Excel, PowerPoint, SAP; forklift experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, write reports, and solve practical problems.

Responsibilities

• Daily Cycle Counting of All Full Goods and Raw Goods.
• Daily/Weekly Variance Reporting and Month End Inventory Variance.
• Coordinate with Sales/Warehouse to manage at-risk products.
• Slotting of new products and continuous reprioritization of aisles.
• Communicate with Production/Warehouse on improvements; maintain safety and quality.

Summary

Responsible for Warehouse and Production Inventory maintenance and reconciliation on a daily basis.

Hours: 4:00AM Start Time - Monday through Friday - Approximately 8-10 Hours Per Day

Responsibilities

• Daily Cycle Counting of All Full Goods and Raw Goods
• Daily/Weekly Variance Reporting
• Month End Inventory Variance Reporting
• Daily/Weekly Review of At-Risk Product and Coordinating with Sales/Warehouse to Fire Sale Product
• Slotting of New Product
• Continuous Re-Slotting of Pick Aisles to Improve Order Builder Efficiency
• Cross-Functional Communication to Production/Warehouse Teams on Improvement Opportunities
• Daily Review of Out Stocks that show Inventory On-Hand
• Manage On-Hold/Non-Conforming Product in SAP and Physical Storage
• Complies with all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality standards.

• Prior auditing experience. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Forklift strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.
