Job summary

NFI is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor in Kutztown, PA to coordinate and manage all inventory control functions. You will conduct daily cycle counts, book-to-book comparisons between the client’s and NFI’s WMS, and report to the Inventory Control Manager or General Manager.

You’ll lead an emphasis on accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement, with required collaboration across teams, training, and compliance with company policies. Proficiency in WMS and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, or 1–5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems; Manhattan preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong analytics, math and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily cycle counts, slot audits, and system reconciliations.
• Plans, executes, and reconciles physical inventories.
• Prepares analysis of adjustment activities and reports.
• Researches discrepancies and recommends improvements.
• Provides coaching and feedback to staff; conducts performance reviews.
• Maintains timekeeping records and adheres to HR policies.
• Ensures safety, OSHA compliance, and clean warehouse operations.
