Job summary

Eaton Corporation in El Paso, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Inventory Control Department, drive process improvements, and ensure inventory accuracy and compliance. You will train staff, support plant objectives, manage cycle counts, and coordinate audits, while maintaining safety and security policies.

A bachelor’s degree and at least two years in supply chain are required; US work authorization is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum two years of experience in supply chain.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; 50-mile radius from El Paso, TX considered.
• Active-Duty military candidates exempt from area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Inventory Control Department; set goals and deadlines.
• Ensure process compliance with warehouse staff.
• Maintain an inventory accuracy rate of 98% physically and in ERP.
• Oversee cycle counts and yearly inventories.
• Own cycle count process and daily schedule.
