Job summary

Ferrero is seeking a System Supervisor to support inventory control, production tracking, and workforce administration in our manufacturing and warehouse environment. The role involves SAP-based inventory activities, payroll/timekeeping support in UKG/Novatime, and close collaboration with operations teams to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory control or production environment preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems; familiarity with timekeeping systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory counts on the production floor and storage locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor material consumption and investigate variances.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues and ensure timely reporting.
• Generate weekly and bi-weekly inventory reports for non-BOM materials, VRAC, WIP and semi-finished products.
• Perform SAP inventory transactions, including DUV activities, under supervision.
• Audit production Declarations in SAP and ensure procedural compliance.
• Track production hours, line utilization, and operational metrics using local tools.
• Balance inventory during changeovers and coordinate return of unused materials.
• Prepare daily production summaries and reconcile with 3PL receipts; communicate root causes.
• Track attendance and maintain timesheet records for Ferrero employees in UKG; manage agency timesheets.
• Print labels for international production runs; enter and maintain daily efficiency and performance data.
• Support training for temporary workers on counting and relabeling returns.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for inventory accuracy and reporting.
