Job summary

AAON, Inc. is seeking a warehouse inventory supervisor to manage the flow of parts from the warehouse to the production floor. You will deliver excellent customer service to the Production team and ensure timely, accurate parts delivery to each production line.

The role includes hiring and training staff, enforcing policies, and maintaining organized inventory through regular cycle counts and labeling. Strong leadership and multitasking are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Forklift certification is required/used in daily duties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage flow of inventory from the warehouse to the production floor.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to the Production team.
  • Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of parts to each Production line.
  • Hire and train staff and implement company policies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and daily checks.
  • Sort, maintain, and stage inventory; ensure correct bin locations.

  • Provides the highest level of customer service to the Production team to maximize company success.
  • Ensures on time and accurate delivery of parts to each Production line in a timely and organized manner.
  • Hires and trains staff, communicates job expectations, and implements company policies and procedures.
  • Evaluates inventory organization for most efficient space utilization.
  • Provides Manufacturing with all required parts in a timely manner.
  • Accurately sorts, maintains, and stages product.
  • Maintains accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and/or daily checks.
  • Ensures inventory is appropriately labeled and placed in the accurate bin locations.
  • Rejects damaged goods and takes corrective action.
  • Logs non-conforming product and verifies returned goods.

  • Completes forklift inspections daily.
  • Rejects damaged goods and takes corrective action.
  • Logs non-conforming product and verifies returned goods.

License(s): None

Certification(s): AAON Forklift Certification

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
