Responsibilities include routine physical counts of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; verifying quantities; entering data in SAP; assisting with cycle counts; organizing storage areas; and

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field and able to commit to an internship.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Basic computer proficiency and MS Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine physical inventory counts of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Verify inventory quantities and investigate discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Enter and update inventory information in SAP accurately and promptly.
• Assist with cycle counts and annual physical inventory activities.
• Weigh designated parts and materials for shipment preparation.
• Record weight and shipment data in centralized databases.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and shipping personnel to resolve inventory issues.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
