Job summary

Hayes Company Llc in Forney, TX is seeking an Inventory Control III to join our warehouse team. You will analyze reports, assist customers with purchase order inquiries, and use Excel to identify trends and streamline processes.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, non climate-controlled environment. Key duties include tracking resolutions, following up with internal departments, maintaining the item catalog, performing inventory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years inventory responsibility in warehousing/shipping preferred.
• 1–2 years customer communication experience required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Track resolutions for customer issues.
• Establish and maintain follow-up with internal departments.
• Adhere to policies for continuous quality improvement.
• Monitor customer purchase orders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of inventory and unit measurements.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Resolve reports such as outstanding PO, pending cross-dock PO, unreceived inbound shipments, bulk holds, missing pallets.
• Conduct inventory reconciliations.
• Maintain item catalog with images.
• Support ICI/ICII duties as needed.
