Jabil in Florence, KY is seeking an Inventory Control Lead I to provide day-to-day operational leadership within inventory control. You will support team performance, train associates, monitor inventory accuracy, and assist with execution under supervision.

• Support material flow activities and cross-functional coordination.
• Track performance metrics and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Position Summary

The Inventory Control Lead I provides day-to-day operational leadership and coordination within assigned inventory control areas. This role serves as a developmental step toward supervision by supporting team performance, training associates, monitoring inventory accuracy, and assisting with operational execution. The Lead I work closely with Inventory Control Supervisors to ensure process compliance, problem resolution, and achievement of departmental goals.

Key responsibilities include:
