You will work with production, operations, and supply chain teams to identify risks, resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement in lean manufacturing, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field.
• Alternative: High school diploma with 8+ years of logistics experience.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing operations, logistics, warehousing, shipping, or inventory management.
• Experience implementing lean material flow initiatives in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio; SAP or WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials and products are available to meet internal demands.
• Conduct daily inventory analysis to identify risks and shortages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and timely system updates.
• Own inventory management activities within assigned areas.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement preventative actions.
• Collaborate with production and supply chain to resolve issues.
• Champion safety culture around people, equipment, facilities.
• Drive continuous improvement of material flow and lean practices.
