Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for receiving all VSSI and external suppliers.
• Maintain Purchase Order information for all VSSI and external suppliers.
• Ensure the smooth movement of materials in the inventory management system.
• Assist branches with inventory tracking issues as needed.
• Distribute shipping related documents to appropriate branches.
• Compile information from shipping records and monitor materials in transit.
• Compile inventory records for scanning.
