• Distribute shipping related documents to appropriate branches.
• Compile information from shipping records and monitor materials in transit.
• Compile inventory records for scanning.

Overview

Founded in 1925 and a leader in the production of Stainless Steels, Nickel Alloys and Titanium Long products, Valbruna is a private company with 2,800 employees and an annual output of approximately 300,000 tons of specialty steels. Production is primarily focused on Stainless Steels and Specialty Alloys, available in blooms and billets, ingots, round, square, flat, hexagonal and angle bars, wire rod, wire, reinforcement bars and threaded rods, with the expressed goal of satisfying the most sophisticated needs of the customer. To that end, Valbruna is constantly updating its production capabilities and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares documents for and processes the receiving of all VSSI and external suppliers for all VSI branches.
• Maintains Purchase Order information for all VSSI and external suppliers.
• Ensures the smooth movement of materials in the company’s inventory management system (MCMS), including inventory and the preparation of part numbers, product codes, and freight codes.
• Assists branches with inventory tracking issues as needed.
• Distributes shipping related documents to the appropriate branches.
• Compiles information from shipping records and monitors materials in transit, communicating to branches as necessary.
• Compiles inventory records for scanning.

Education And Experience
