Job summary

CEVA Logistics, located in Whitsett, NC, is seeking an Inventory Clerk/Cycle Counter for 1st shift. The role focuses on inventory reconciliations, cycle counting, and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate stock levels.

The candidate will work with the WMS system, print and manage count sheets, and collaborate with operations, shipping, and receiving teams to maintain inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of experience in order processing and inventory management, with focus on finished goods hardware and order fulfillment.
• Knowledge of SAP inventory control functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run inventory reports using the WMS program and transfer data to the Count Sheet template and shared network.
• Print count sheets, perform physical inventory counts, and enter results into the system.
• Research discrepancies by cycle counting, identify last known locations of items, and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct searches of staging areas and perform audit counts; report findings to supervisor.
• Assist in other areas such as operations, shipping and receiving as needed.
