Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Count Inventory: conduct scheduled daily, weekly, or monthly physical counts of specific stock items, parts, or products.
• Verify clerical computations against physical stock counts and report errors or investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare reports such as inventory balance and shortages; actively participate in counts.
• Conduct investigations of inventory discrepancies and report findings to the Stockroom Supervisor.
• Collaborate with the Stockroom Supervisor to develop training programs for cycle counters.
