Job summary

The role involves processing paperwork, reconciling damaged or returned products, and supporting cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity. The candidate will interact with multiple departments, apply SOPs, and ensure compliance with warehousing and FDA labeling requirements while using Ross ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Associate degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of Warehousing guidelines, OSHA/TOSHA rules, and SOPs; strong ROSS ERP familiarity.
• Experience with FDA labeling requirements and pharmaceutical distribution terms.

Responsibilities

• Meet with internal departments to resolve issues within area of control.
• Provide direction on applying company policies for printed components.
• Maintain knowledge of new technologies and recommend improvements.
• Follow safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Search to locate products in the Ross system and correct discrepancies.
• Ensure all pick-tickets are properly generated.
• Communicate inventory timing and variances, coordinating cut-off dates.
