Job summary

Three Dog Bakery is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to oversee our inventory processes across on-site and off-site storage. You will enter production work orders, verify counts, and collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to prevent stockouts and improve accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, solid experience in inventory control or supply chain, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in inventory control or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Sage and inventory software; Excel experience helpful.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Enter production work orders into the SAGE 100 system per procedures.
• Verify the accuracy of inventory records, quantities, specs, and locations.
• Assist with inventory transfers and receipt of goods.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to optimize inventory management.
• Maintain detailed records and drive process improvements to reduce stockouts.
