Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar family, is hiring for an inventory/receiving support role in a friendly, family‑oriented environment. You’ll assist with purchasing queues, stock discrepancies, and bin location updates to keep operations flowing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Electrical distribution knowledge is a plus.

• Basic inventory knowledge including procurement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in clearing Eclipse queues associated with purchasing.
• Work closely with receiving department and vendors to solve discrepancies.
• Research and assist with processing stock returns.
• Update new items for bin locations.
• Assist with monitoring non-stock inventory items.
• Assist with managing bin locations and changes.

What You Will Do:

• Assist manager in clearing Eclipse queues associated with purchasing

What You Will Bring:

• High school diploma
• Electrical Distribution experience/knowledge is a plus
• Detail oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
• Basic inventory/purchasing knowledge including procurement - order points, line points, demand, safety stock, excess and dead stock.

Work Environment:

• Typical environment includes offices and warehouse.
• Light to moderate noise level.
• While performing the duties of this job, employee is frequently required to stand.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
