Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking an Inventory Management Coordinator to support day-to-day inventory control, receive shipments, and keep accurate stock records. The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and proficiency with inventory software to ensure proper stocking and organized storage across the store.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable learning new computer systems to maintain precise inventory levels and support overall store

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in inventory control or related field.
• Strong attention to detail for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Able to follow established inventory procedures and adapt to new software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory processes, including receiving, outgoing shipments, stock levels, cycle counts, and audits for accuracy and availability.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries and returns to maintain inventory flow.
• Maintain accurate records using store systems and investigate discrepancies as needed.
• Support store leadership with daily operations, reporting, task execution, safety practices, and cash handling.
• Ensure a clean, safe, organized work environment and train team members on inventory procedures and loss prevention.
