Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Inventory Management Coordinator in Oklahoma to support daily inventory control, receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate stock records in our stores. The role requires dependability, comfort with inventory software, and a strong eye for accuracy.

The ideal candidate will follow established inventory protocols, work independently, and help ensure products are properly stocked and organized, contributing to smooth store operations and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in inventory control or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with computers and inventory software.
• Able to learn new programs quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory processes: receiving, outgoing shipments, stock levels, cycle counts, and audits for accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries, returns, and inventory flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using store systems and investigate discrepancies.
• Support store leadership with daily operations, reporting, tasks, safety practices and cash handling.
• Ensure a clean, safe, organized work environment; train team on inventory procedures and FIFO.
