Job summary

Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores is seeking an Inventory Management Coordinator in Texas to support day-to-day inventory control, receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate stock records. You will help ensure proper stocking, organize inventory, and assist in loss prevention and safety practices.

The role requires attention to detail, comfort with inventory software, and the ability to work independently while following established protocols.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of inventory control experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers for inventory tracking.
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory processes, including receiving, stock levels, cycle counts, and audits to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Coordinate with vendors for deliveries, returns, and inventory flow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using store systems and investigate discrepancies.
• Support store leadership with daily operations, reporting, safety practices, and cash handling.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment and train team members on inventory procedures and loss prevention.
