Arcadia Cold Storage in Texas is seeking an Inventory Clerk to assist in stock taking, monitor inventory, and coordinate incoming and outgoing product.

The role requires attention to detail, basic PC skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment, contributing to accurate inventory levels and timely operations.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 2–3 years of warehouse inventory experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cataloguing inventory techniques and packaging of goods.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate a PC.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with other departments.
• Solid work ethic and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Update and review inspections and inventories.
• Research for customer claims.
• Print and purge monthly master lot; store one month locally in binder.
• Supply all lot information on cut orders.
• Audit product availability error reports.
• Comply with company policies and safety procedures.
• Monitor automation equipment and controls to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.

POSITION OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

This role will assist in stock taking, monitoring inventory and performs inventory control responsibilities in order to assist in the coordination of the incoming and outgoing of product.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

• Update and review all inspections and corrected inventories.
• Research for customer claims.
• Print and purge monthly master lot, store one month locally in binder.
• Supply all lot information on cut orders (i.e.; tally previous pulled orders).
• Audit product availability error report.
• Comply with and ensure compliance with Company policies and safety procedures.
• Monitor all automation equipment and controls to ensure proper inventory levels and accuracy.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2-3 years of warehouse inventory-related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Knowledge of cataloguing inventory techniques and packaging of goods.
• Basic technological knowledge and the ability to operate a PC.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with other departments of the organization.
• Must have a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others.
