Job summary

Star Staffing is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator in Santa Rosa, CA, for a medical manufacturing client. This full-time, temp-to-hire role offers $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE. Candidates should have at least 1 year in production or warehouse settings and a valid forklift certification.

Responsibilities include receiving, counting, inventory entry, FIFO procedures, and maintaining accurate counts as well as assisting with physical inventories and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of production or warehouse experience.
• Current forklift certification required.
• Basic computer, counting, and communication skills.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Medical device or plastic injection molding experience is a plus.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.
• Monitor packaging and cleanroom supplies and report low inventory.
• Assist with physical inventory counts.
• Identify slow-moving or outdated inventory.
• Follow company safety, quality, and ISO procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
