Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator in Mount Prospect, IL. The role manages inventory, replenishment, cycle counts, and return product handling to keep the pharmacy area organized and compliant.

You will help stock pick stations and maintain fridge inventories while supporting leadership with packing supplies and SOX documentation. The position runs Monday–Friday, 12:30pm–9:00pm CST, with 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 1 year professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Willing to apply for an IL pharmacy technician license prior starting.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, and Days’ Supply monitoring under supervision.
• Ensure pharmacy pick stations are stocked with medication and supplies and assist in maintaining refrigerators.
• File inventory and SOX documentation and support leadership with assigned tasks.
• Monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory.

Duties & Responsibilities: • Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Days’ Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor. • Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained. • Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies. • Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well organized manner. • Provide Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensure pack stations are stocked appropriately. • Monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory. • Filing inventory and SOX documentation. • Assists with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership.**Schedules:****-** Monday - Friday, 12:30pm - 9:00pm CST**Compensation:**Starting pay rates are based on experience, ranging from: $20.35 - $22.02.This position could be physically demanding.
