This includes tracking quantities, conducting regular physical inventory counts, and reconciling any discrepancies between the recorded inventory and actual stock.* Monitors inventory levels and determines when to reorder products to avoid stockouts or overstocking.* Matches invoices from suppliers, confirms warehouse inventory is sufficient, and returns incorrect, old, or obsolete stock to vendors.* Organizes and sends copies of purchase orders to corporate offices, and processes incoming purchase orders by compiling necessary information and records to prepare for the procurement of materials.* Communicates with other branches to ensure stock levels in branches are sufficient.* Inspects incoming products for quality assurance, ensuring that they meet the company's standards and specifications.* Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities.* Identifies areas for efficiency enhancement, implements best practices, and suggests process modifications to streamline operations and reduce costs.* Develops effective relationships with all team members to ensure daily communication necessary to resolve issues and prevent service delays.**Required Qualifications*** 0-1 years prior relevant work experience* Active PA Pharmacy Technician License or Pharmacy Tech-in-Training License**Preferred Qualifications*** Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills* Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) preferred.**Education**High school diploma or equivalent required.**Anticipated Weekly Hours**40**Time Type**Full time**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $31.30This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
