Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Mechanicsburg seeks an Inventory Control Coordinator for 1st shift (6:30am-2:30pm, Mon-Fri). You will verify and reconcile inventories, perform physical counts, and generate reports to support inventory accuracy.

The role requires 1-3 years warehousing experience, cycle counting and familiarity with SAP inventory; Topex experience is a plus. The company offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze data for root cause analysis using Excel spreadsheets.
• Monitor SAP in-transit data for finance reporting.
• Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports.
• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies in inventory transactions.
• Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues.

Position: Inventory Control Coordinator

Shift: 1st Shift

Hours: 6:30am-2:30pm

Days: Monday- Friday

Pay: $19.45 per hour

Must have ability to commute to the Mechanicsburg location until August and then move to the new Annville facility later in 2026

Role Purpose

Verify and reconcile inventories of the customer, their suppliers, and of DHL. Complete physical inventories and compile/analyze reports. Act as an interface between customer support, suppliers and customer management on inventory issues for resolution.

Key Accountabilities

• Reconcile and data entry into customer’s system of record and the WM System.
• Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using excel spreadsheets.
• Monitor and key data for several in-transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.
• Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.
• Monitor failed transactions and physically reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.
• Investigate any/all shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years Warehousing experience; preferably with barcode system
• Working experience with cycle count and inventory control
• Knowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or Topex
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory
