Job summary

MANE, an established global flavor and fragrance company, is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to support ERP operations, manage cycle counts, and handle shipping/receiving tasks. The role collaborates with Planning, Quality Control, R&D, and Logistics to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has inventory experience, is computer literate, and can operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Inventory experience preferred.
• Computer literate.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a shipping/receiving warehouse environment.
• Flavor industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cycle Count in MES.
• Cycle count packaging.
• Research all variance codes in association with inventory movements.
• Assist production in locating lost material.
• Perform material checks in warehouse as needed.
• Communicate with Production, Logistics, and Quality on process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy in relation to “work in process” locations.
• Process all Transfer Order Requests for R&D.
• Assist in the disposal and completion of QNs.
• Other duties in support of company objectives.
• Participate in relevant environmental training per corporate and local objectives.

The Inventory Control Coordinator supports the ERP system by creating and managing ordering systems, analyzing discrepancies, and managing other shipping and receiving requests. This individual interacts with Planning, Quality Control, R&D, Shipping and Receiving, Management, Purchasing, and external Customers and Auditors. Key competencies: Analytical Skills, Communication & Presentation Skills, and Mathematical Skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Cycle Count in MES

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
