Job summary

MANE Lebanon, OH is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to support ERP systems, manage cycle counts, and handle shipping/receiving tasks. You will collaborate with Planning, Quality Control, R&D, Shipping and Receiving, Management, Purchasing, and external auditors, focusing on accuracy and process improvements.

Ideal candidates will have inventory/warehouse experience and familiarity with manufacturing environments, including flavor industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Inventory experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a shipping/receiving warehouse environment.
• Flavor industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cycle Count in MES.
• Research all variance codes in association with inventory movements.
• Perform material checks in warehouse as needed.
• Communicate with Production, Logistics, and Quality on process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy in relation to “work in process” locations.
• Process all Transfer Order Requests for R&D.
• Assist in the disposal and completion of QNs.
• Other duties in support of company objectives.

The Inventory Control Coordinator supports the ERP system by creating and managing ordering systems, analyzing discrepancies, and managing other shipping and receiving requests. This individual interacts with Planning, Quality Control, R&D, Shipping and Receiving, Management, Purchasing, and external Customers and Auditors. Key competencies: Analytical Skills, Communication & Presentation Skills, and Mathematical Skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Cycle Count in MES
• Research all variance codes in association with inventory movements
• Perform material checks in warehouse as needed
